The purpose of this blog is for my future reference on what really happened to me in UT Packaging Department about my marked up scheduled posted this week.(Usually they post the new schedule Friday previous the following work week).

WHAT: Marked-Up Schedule (A Mistake, A dirty tricks again or a BIG TRAP!)

The purpose of this blog is for my future reference on what happened to me today in UT.

Because of the information that I gathered from some people (Steve, Ernie, Fred? & Nath) based on the scheduled posted, I am supposed to work this week. Although I had a call from Michael C. last Tuesday night April 9, 2008 around 5:30PM that I'll be back next Wednesday (although at first he told me May 9). I had a doubt.

So I decided to check my schedule to clear up everything and see (Michael C.) him personally and asked him & get things right, avoid any undesireable circumstances because of miscommunication!

To my surprise !

It is true I am supposedly to work this week based on the posted marked up.

But I think he doesn't like my presence there because they forcibly threw me out in the premises & feel threatenend.

They are violating my freedom of speech the right to express myself and the right to know what is behind this, they don't want to hear any word from me as Michael C. said to me.

I know they are setting again another trap for me and this time I saw personally that "If it's a mistake, why is it that it is still posted (they usually post the schedule Friday afternoon) and it is been six (6) days and they have not corrected it!

" TO THEM THAY HAVE A BAD INTENTION ON THIS AND THEY CAN USE THIS AGAINST ME IN THE FUTURE!" They want to make it sure next time they can hook me!!!

My co -workers usually doesn't take this a big deal because they don't want to lose their job.

I understand that but if you had a mistake on filling on your time card thay make it a big deal and put you in trouble and messed up your job, your life & your family.

They don't care about you!!!

And this is your future to them!

Anyway as a fully recall, here is what happened this day:

I just wanna ask Michael C. why my name is on the mark up this week although told me over the phone I'll be back Wednesday, April 9 start time at 8:30AM (First shift).

But before I finished my question, he turned red and gave me no answer and told me arrogantly that he doesn't need any word from me or any because...because from me (and this is actually his words!).

And even said "Now you want to communicate?"
Angrily said "I want you to leave the building NOW & be back on April 9 at 8:30AM...I said NOW...Do understand that? And threatened me that if I will not leave the premises right away my suspension will be longer and even charged me for insubordination.

And even heard the word "You are a jerk! or you want to jerk around with me!"

In reply, I dont say anything, keep silent & try to be in control with the situation. And trying to listen carefully every words he is saying.

And then Cris Norton escorted me and said " Do you know that if you are suspended you should not come here!"

I don't say any word or replied to him just walked out and left the building silently!!!

I really want to go down to Human Resources and report everything but instead I went straight to the Union Office and saw some papers on "How they fired people on the pressroom!" Usually because of occurences/attendance, tardy & others. And this is why I decided to check my schedule this week.

For record purposes: This is to protect myself on any trap that they are trying to set up with me in the future.

Witness my presence in the premises were James (old Indian friend, Rick Paul, Armando even told my friend Ernie that he saw me today and I was being escorted by Cris Norton while leaving.

April Fool's Call from M. C.

Between 5:30PM & 6:00PM (Private Number)

Today I received a phone call from Mr.Michael Connors informing me that I can go back to work on May 9. (WHAT A PRANK!!!)

I asked him "May 9? "

He said " Yes, May 9!"

I told him "Michael, now is the Month of April (???)

"Ow I'm sorry it's April 9 next week on Wednesday!" he replied.

"So do you have any changes on start time? We usually start 8:30AM, at first shift." I told him. "So, if there is any changes in schedule hope you informed me." I added.

"Oh yes and see you!" he said

And I said "Thank you and see you on May 9, one week from now! "

"No it's April 9, Now you're confused or hooked???"(whatever I really didn't hear the last word correctly! )

And then said "Thank you and see you then!"

He said that they still need to talk to me!

And we both hanged up!

I called Steve P. and Sinbad to give them and update and advised me to talk to the lawyer tomorrow Richard Prochazka. And Steve told me that I was up on the marked up this week, Just wondering they extend my suspension for one more week.

Steve told me that all they want is to hurt you financially!

(An economic sabotage? Economic sanction?Whatever...whatever???)

And that is right! An that's all about it!

So, I am back for my fight!!! "YOU CANNOT WIN THE WAR IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE BATTLEFIELD!"

I also believed that "YOU MUST CHOOSE YOUR BATTLE WISELY!"

Because "LIFE IS SO TRICKY! BE SMART!!!"

"BE SMART BY DOCUMENTING EVERYTHING FROM NOW ON!"

I THANKED JESUS, MY SAVIOUR...I TRUST IN YOU, AMEN, AMEN & AMEN!

Some Tips on Dealing Harrasment @ Work

1. RELAX, BE PROFFESIONAL & FEEL CONFIDENT. Listen first and let him (them) talk and talk as long as they want....ask him if is he's done and listen to every word he says and used it against him.
2. Have this opening phrase...I dont want to go down to your level
3. Talk low and slowly. Deny the accusation, just say I don'tknow what you are talkin about, and feel firm, relax and confident. Look straight!
4. If he continues to talk and question you. Tell him if he has a problem with you, invite him in the office and ask a union rep with you!
5. Have a witness with you and try to document everything everyday by giving a written report of what happened & give them a copy (be sure that they received it (signed if possible). And have your own copy for your personal record/file.
6. Be sure to log everything in hand.
7. Asked them everything if they said you are suspended verbally go down to human resources and document everything. And be smart...use all your senses because they are all crooked, this is how they run this place.
8. They are building an empire. It's a modern form of slavery. Yes, it is a shame to America.
