Cris Valse's Incident Update

The decision of the management to the harassment incident between Alex Alcarion and Cris Valse is unjust and unfair for everybody and will endangered anyone of his co-workers while at work.

Any form of harassment is against the law and against the company's policy and not be tolerated.

We, as workers of the UT Packaging Department have the right for a safe and free-harassment environment in a workplace.

The management should be fair and treat this incident seriously for everybody's safety. They have no legal reason for bringing him back to work because this is an act of assault.

A lot of my co-workers want to sign and file a petition against this unlawful practice!
